ENVASCALE provides professional digital services, including:

  • E-commerce Solutions

  • Branding & Graphic Design

  • SEO Services

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Digital Marketing

  • Website Maintenance

  • Technical Consultation

Project scope will be defined through proposals, quotations, invoices, or written agreements.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotations remain valid for the period stated in the proposal.

Prices may change without prior notice for future projects.

Payment Terms

  • Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Final project files or website migration may be delivered after full payment is received.

  • Late payments may delay project timelines.

Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates depend on:

  • Timely client feedback

  • Availability of required content

  • Approval of milestones

  • Scope changes

ENVASCALE is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials or late approvals.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Supply required content, images, logos, and branding materials.

  • Review submitted work promptly.

  • Obtain necessary licenses for any third-party assets they provide.

Revisions

Revision limits, if any, will be specified in the project proposal.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for their project.

  • ENVASCALE retains ownership of proprietary tools, reusable code libraries, development frameworks, and methodologies unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services including:

  • Hosting providers

  • Domain registrars

  • Premium plugins

  • APIs

  • Fonts

  • Stock images

  • Payment gateways

ENVASCALE is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, service interruptions, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may not be refundable once project work has commenced.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared by either party during a project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without permission, except where required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice.

Clients remain responsible for payment for all completed work performed prior to termination.
